At the heart of our community
Cammerygal High School has a strong association with its local community. The school and its students are an intrinsic and valuable part of the local area.
Through innovative educational partnerships and outstanding programs, students understand the value of working. .
‘Cammeraygal' is the custodian clan name for the North Sydney area and we were pleased to receive the blessing of a direct descendent of the Cammeraygal clan, Dr Dennis Foley and from various stakeholder groups within the Aboriginal community.
We consult and engage with our parents and wider community on key decisions which affect our school.
We worked with our parent body to name the school, design the uniform and logo, and choose a motto.
It is important to us to keep everyone connected.
